We know we can set line weight by tag in Layout, but I can’t find the relevant API. Does anyone know how to set line weight by tag with ruby?
You maybe aware that the LayOut Ruby API provides an interface for reading and writing data to and from LayOut Layout::Documents (.layout files), meaning developers may utilize the LayOut Ruby API from within their SketchUp application via the console, or in their SketchUp Ruby extension, but not directly form or within Layout…
Therefore I moved your topic to[ Developers, Ruby API] category. So you may get more response from devs.
(Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer, but it could happen that this function is not implemented in the Ruby API… I hope someone disproves me

None of the recent model viewport visual (effects, style, tags) manipulations have yet been exposed to the LayOut API.
You can open feature request issues in the public API tracker at GitHub.
