On Mac you can search any tool in Help menu (see screenshot). Is this also possible in Windows? I didn’t find a tool like this in SU 17 Pro on Win7.
Not directly, but Aerilius created a plugin for this

This is what I need.
On the PC you can press F1 to get to the Help articles and the search line or click on Help Center in the Help menu.
