I want to rotate the rectangle on the blue axis until the right edge touches the top point of the triangle. I don’t care which point on the edge touches that point, as long as the point of rotation is the bottom left point of the rectangle and the rectangle maintains it’s shape and size. How do I do this?
You can use the Arc tool to identify the point on the side of the rectangle that will correspond with the intersection of the guidelines. Group the rectangle first to avoid the arc intersecting with it.

You can use the Pie tool like he did or the Arc tool like I did. The sides of the pie aren’t needed in any case.
