Review of my extension blocked at “in queue”

Hello,

I recently submitted my extension (Aterra) to the Extension Warehouse, but for several days now (five days) my extension has remained in “queue” status.I know that the SketchUp team may take longer than usual due to holidays or other reasons, but I would like to receive a response.

Do you know how much longer this may take? And what are the reasons for a delay like this?

Two of those days would be the weekend. And tomorrow is Veterans Day.

I’m not sure why there is a backlog at the moment. There are a few extensions in the queue that have been there longer than yours.

I don’t think we take any days off for Veterans Day, or the European equivalents. Most of the extension reviewers are in Europe.

That is the obvious thing to do when in a queue..

I did chat with the team manager. He is doing what he can to get reviews happening quicker.

Okay, so my extension has been approved, and I’ve been able to publish it.
