Yesterday I was working on my project just fine. Then I added alive component from the warehouse, got a notification that the component wouldn’t work in web version, but I closed it and worked with this component for about half an hour. Then, I probably got an error (I don’t remember which), so I went back to the home page. There I saw an infinite loading icon. I tried a different browser, clearing my cache, and creating a new project. Now I only see this new project (without loading icon). Please help. I had four projects. I don’t remember the exact names, but there were something like this:
mieszkanie_listwy
mieszkanie_listwy2
biuro
What was the model from the 3D warehouse? It could be that it was extremely heavy and SketchUp for web doesn’t support big files like the desktop version does. The name of the file is irrelevant, if you can download the model to your pc please share it so we can check if it’s possible to open it with the desktop version.
I can’t download them because I don’t see them anymore in my home page or project catalog
