Problems with the angular dimension tool

The angular dimension tool is not appearing in my toolbar after enabling it by richt-clicking the dimension tool and selecting the angular dimension flag

There is no angular dimension tool in SketchUp. LayOut has one.

How can I make the angle visible then?

As @Anssi told you, there is no angular dimension native in SketchUp.

There is an extension for that available from Sketchucation. Once installed you can display its toolbar.
