Problem with line types in layout when exporting to PDF

Hi, I’m having trouble exporting a layout file to PDF.
When I export the drawing, the line work on the PDF doesn’t appear as drawn in layout.
Has anyone else found a solution this problem.

Could you be more specific? What are the lines types set to? How do they appear in the PDF? How about sharing a sample LayOut file and the PDF you get from it so we can see the difference.
