Post sent for moderation

A few minutes ago I wrote a new post reply to a forum topic. The forum software flagged it for moderation (with no explanation) and the avatar on that post shows my avatar icon without the SketchUp Sage label or cap indicator, even though they show if I click the avatar icon at top right to view my account. Did someone change a forum setting since yesterday?

Edit: and this post shows the SketchUp Sage title on the subject line.

Did you by any chance use the word cr ack without the space in it?

Hmm. I repeated a phrase from the OP’s message that had that word in it. Most likely that’s the issue. Interestingly, the OP used that word in both the title and the message text. Either it already went through moderation or something is astray.

I expect it did already get through moderation.

It appears you were correct, as my post has now gotten through. Maybe I haven’t been paying close enough attention. I thought that forbidden words were blacked out vs being shown after moderation. It is, of course, somewhat baffling why cr ack is so offensive that it needs to go in the censorship list.

It’s not for censoring. It’s to prevent people from making posts offering or requesting cr ack codes. It at least slows down those people.

I mean coca cola off course.

You can’t use the word describing eye-patched people either… the dreaded Pie Rats.
