I have heard some really great things about Stechup and the community.
Here is our challenge:
We having the designs, existing drawing, proposed drawings, any MEP alterations, and a scope of works for one of our centres.
We have proposed to open another tutor centre and need to do the same. We have the dimensions of this new building and a clear idea what we need to do. Because it is particularly similar to the previous centre. Just with different dimensions a little adjustment on the layout. This is so the landlord can sign off.
Happy to pay etc. We just need to do it reasonably soon.
