No Extension options in the Window Preferences Menu

I use Sketchup 2017. I want to install Sketchucation PlugIn Tool Bar.
I have been trying for over 3 days. I realized that in all sites I visited they told me to go to the Menu Window Preferences Extensions… I don,t have that Extension Option.
Can somebody help me???

You’re looking at instructions for older versions of SketchUp. With SketchUp 2017, Install Extension is in Window>Extension Manager.

Even though the libfredo6 is not installing in my PC can u suggest alternate process.
