OK Finally!
Yep the routine with “follow me” is a lot easier and having the axis aligned to get cardinal points will be remembered as well. 
Before I ask the next question I’ll RTFM 
to see if I find what I’m looking for.
BTW I moved the complete assembly away from the point of origin, should have done that long ago, to have more room. Just need the additional guide lines. :
