this book can make realistic rendering but the same time have tips or technic to fast rendering?

Yes, there are a lot of tips on how to make everything better, from Denoiser which saves a ridiculous amount of waiting time while getting awesome results, to other super cool tips that have ever been V-Ray’s super-user tips.
