Never been able to use Sketchup viewer app in my Andorid

Hi,developers from Trimble Sketchup,Thanks for Viewing my question.

As a Sketchup subscriber in China,I am not able to use Sketchup Viewer in my Andorid phone
it keeps on telling me to login.I use Shadowscocks to connect to Google and it’s service
everything is fine except Sketchup Viewer app.
I understand that there is Great Fire Wall which prevents me from connecting to your server.

Please fix this problem,not only for me,for other users in China as well

Why do you have to connect to Google?
Do you have a Trimble ID?
