Models not appearing in rendering software

Hi there

I’ve experienced issues today with some of my SketchUp models not showing up in my rendering software (D5) and in some cases, I’ve altered some models and the changes aren’t showing in my rendering software. Any thoughts on why this could be?

I’m using a Sketchup file that’s been created by someone else, so perhaps they created settings that is causing this?

Anything that I have hand drawn myself is showing in the rendering software, just not 3D warehouse models or changes I’ve made to 3D warehouse models.

Please help, this is doing my head in!

I figured out the issue. The models were untagged and the untagged tag was turned off. :+1:
