Material not visible at the asset editor

Hello guys, i dont see the material at the asset editor. Did anybody know why?

The texture is visible there but when I render nothing is visible. do you know why?

I mean that during the rendering process my object is no longer visible. But when I delete the texture I can suddenly see the object. Why is this so problematic with vray 5 now?
