I just installed the latest version of SketchUp Free for Windows 64-bit and my anti-virus was blocking the install. I turned off my anti-virus and installed it, then did a scan.
My anti-virus just found this:

I am fully up to date. I am using the latest version of Webroot SecureAnywhere.
If you downloaded from sketchup.com it is clean. If your AV flagged it it’s probably heuristic detecting a false positive. This tend to happen with new binaries from time to time. AV’s usually have a page on their site to report things like that to have them investigate and correct it.

you can also cross check with online malware scanners as e.g. Virus Total or Jottis Malwarescanner by uploading the concerning file.
