I’m trying to make a cut out in a corner of an object with a thickness
futher I’m trying to make this cut out dynamic so I can resize it when needed.
does anyone have any suggestions?

You will need to make 3 sub groups or sub components with hidden edges and deleted interior faces.
The size of the blue and orange rectangular prism correspond to the w and l and your cut. The remaining shape is what is left over. You will need to work with formulas to create and position the shapes.

AFAIK there is no other way, easy or not.
