Make a face on double curved edges

I’m trying to model a supporting bracket for a shelf I’m making, and the bracket has a double curved surface I can’t seem to model correctly. I am able to extract the edges, but can’t figure out how to put a face on in.

I would use Fredo6’s Curviloft or TIG’s Extrude Tools to do that sort of thing. Both extensions are available from Sketchucation’s Extension Store.

Or model the two shapes and intersect them.
