I’m a Macbook user and wanted to share the bug code that I’m struggling with now to use Sketchup on my Macbook to get any ideas who has/had the same issues.

Did you get a BugSplat, and if so did you fill in your email and submit it? Without that the support team can’t get back to you.

The partial crash report you copied in your post isn’t sufficient to identify the actual cause. It just says SketchUp aborted, which is to say the app encountered a fatal error and shut itself down but not what the specific error was.

I’ve submitted dozens and dozens of bugsplats over the years, and fill in my email every time without fail. The support team has never once in almost 10 years reached out to help. Not once.

The support team does not (that I know of) reach out when you fill in that info. However, if you reach out to them (via contact form or through these forums) they can look up your bugsplat info using your name and email.
