I’ve been trying to evaluate each program on its own merits, rather than trying to factor it plugins and extensions, because 1) It’s hard to keep it all in mind simultaneously, and 2) A lot of these extensions cost a fortune.
However, I realize that with Sketchup, it’s a bit different. The plugins are a main selling feature of the program, and most of them are only a few bucks, with even the most powerful, like Medeek, being only 150.

I hope you don’t mind me asking, are you able to share any pictures of an example layout you generated for a finished project? I’ve found lots for very small tutorial buildings online, but never full plans for an entire, real-life building.
It’s probably not the most efficient method, and probably wasted most of the time when you’re not building it yourself, but I have an obsessive need to know that what I am designing actually works.
