What exactly are you looking for? Do you want to know how to model these things? Do you have a photo of the sort of thing you are looking for?
What version of SketchUp are you really using? Your forum prpofile says SketchUp for Schools 2024. SketchUp for Schools is a web based version for school children. Is that what you are using? Your username implies you are using this for a business and wouldn’t be a school-aged child. If so, what kind of subscription do you have? Or are you using a cracked version? This information will tell us what kind of tools you have available.
Also please realize that SketchUp’s shader only handles lighting from two source: the camera position or the sun. Unless you are adding a light that will be recognized by some real renderer, all you will get is the geometry of the light, not its illumination.
