Our layout is importing blurry sketchup models and we aren’t able to accurately snap numbers to the model. Does anyone have any info about why this happening and how to fix it? It used to work just fine in 2022. We are using a PC and Mac, and both have the same issue. Thanks for any tips!
What version of SketchUp are you using now? Your profile shows 2020.
Viewports come in rendered as Raster and there’s a display quality setting in Document Setup>Rendering that may be set to Low.

What’s weird? That your forum profile shows you are using SketchUp 2020? That’s not tied automatically to the version you are using. It’s what you put in the profile when you joined the forum. Now it needs editing to reflect the version you are using. You should also update the hardware information if that has changed.
As for the display resolution, you can adjust it to suit your needs and hardware. The complexity of the SketchUp model and your graphics card’s capabilities will affect the choice with very simple models you might be able to use High display resolution but for more complex models you might need to use Medium or Low. See what you get with the different settings.
