Hi, been using Layout since the beginning, I love its overall versatility.

I may have a few requests or suggestions;

  1. is there a possibility to display an image while it is being resized? can’t tell if this is a graphics card issue, but if my memory doesn’t fail me, this has always been the case when resizing an image, typically is momentarily blanks-out during the process.

2.many years ago in a similar forum, I suggested to the Layout team to incorporate gradient color/palettes natively. Is this possible?

It’s a while back now when the ability to see the object while it was being operated on was disabled and I’m sure when resizing an image – as you appear to remember – you would have seen the image resize in real-time.

This regression is a pain in the behind.

Now that we have draft mode in Layout and the development of a new graphics engine I think it’s a must that we get this ability back!

My pet request is the creation of

Layout Components

that act like SU components. It would be an absolute gem timesaver when producing documentation.
