Yes. You can have an enterprise license. Go to the following link and contact Sales to get pricing. Depending on the situation it mighht make sense to purchase three subscriptions, too. They will be able to tell you that.

BTW, please correct your forum profile. You cannot use SketchUp Free (which your profile indicates you are using) for business use.

I manage the enterprise account for my team and while it’s easier than separate subscriptions, it’s the same price unfortunately.

The ‘enterprise’ tier is an option for larger firms (25+ in general) and is a bit different than the normal subscription. ( basically you pay for a set number of different activations within a domain, to be evaluated at the end of the term)
One can just add seats to an existing account and than be charged prorated ( for the new seats, one pays the remaining days of the current term )
