Is a "glued" and "Cutting" component a Dynamic Component?

I’ve got a problem with a component I’ve built that is both glued to any face and cutting. I plan to post my problem asking for help, but I’m not sure if I should post it here, or in the more general “SketchUp” category.

So, if I have a component with NOTHING in Component Attributes, but both cuts and glues, is it considered a DC?

No. It wouldn’t be consider a Dynamic Component.
