I need to slice this grass face that is inside the building but when I do it remove all the grass face from the project. How to solve that?

it has this glass volume that is intersecting the grass. But when I do the intersect command all the grass face disapears like a bug
Make sure that the glass touches the grass all along its bottom edge.
To be sure, you can extend the glass so that it protrudes below the grass.
Then, after the intersection, you can delete the grass area inside the building and, of course, the glass areas below the ground plane.
