icons persist instead of thumbnails in su pro 2021. nothing helped sofar. i need help. thanx.

I have thumbnails for SketchUp files with no problem.
It was fixed several versions ago. If you aren’t seeing them, make sure SketchUp was installed correctly. Right click on the downloaded installer, select Run as administrator, choose Repair. After it completes do a power off reboot of the computer.
