Should I buy from my account and give them the licenses or do they buy it themselves? And will it be possible to take away the license if the employee quits?
I would recommend that you purchase these two licenses with your own account, especially if the users are temporary.
This way you can assign your current assistants as users to those licenses.
When you current assitants quit, you can remove their privileges and use the same licenses for future assistants if needed.
