I can’t login to my SKETCHUP web account to edit drawings.
When I login it just keeps sending me to my accounts page with no reason given.
I paid for web license. It isn’t free account.
It just started doing this. It was working yesterday. AI said to delete cookies. That wasn’t helpful.
I needed to get some work done. Getting really …. unhappy. 
There are several threads with information on the current issue. Waiting for Microsoft to get things fixed.

To me… “entitlements” does not equate to “account access” . Never heard anybody refer to login access as “entitlements” before. Thx.
when you have an account, you can allocate a subscription to it. therefore you’re entitled to it.
anyway, no matter the wording, it looks like it’s another snafu on the server side. the inconvenient of a pseudo-decentralised system hosted on a monopolistic platform.
I’ve updated the forum post to include the login verbiage.
C’mon, nowadays everyone knows what “account access” and “authorization” or “rights” are. IT gurus have to come up with new terms to feel they are still “above mortals”…
