How update code without restart sketchup?

Hello guys, how you have been tried your plugins and scripts without restart the sketchup every single time to update the features and codes?

In Ruby Console type ‘load name of plugin.rb’.

I use an old JF Ruby toolbar (so far as I know, no longer published) that has buttons to load and reload .rb files.
