Hello all! I need to view my house in BIMx in SketchUp. My architect said it is possible, but in here it “seems this does not appear to be a SketchUp model” - can anyone help?

What kind of file are you trying to open? What is the file extension?
You need a BIMx viewer to view BIMx files.

if you have access – even indirectly – to the original archicad file, you can export a sketchup file directly from there.
otherwise yeah, bimx is just for viewing.
