How to make this panel?

I want to create a curved part just like the red drawing I did in the picture.

Start with a flat one and bend it with True Bend.

I didn’t quite understand the request the first time around, I see now the red line. Truebend would indeed be the extension of choice here, perfect tool. I threw in an all native non-solid tools method as well if you want to do it the hard way.
