hi, i’m trying to download an extension called ‘indigo renderer’ but the plugin installation isn’t appearing in the extension manager file browser at all. theres no file for me to select, only folders that contain nothing.
also, when installing indigo renderer this message pops up: “Could not find the sketchup plugins directory please manually select the sketchup plugins directory in the following dialogue”.
help would be appreciated thanks.
There is no free plan for SketchUp 2024. Where are you trying to install your extension?
In the extension manager you should select install extension and search for a rbz file.
Is your SketchUp extension a craked version?
i’m just using a free trial for now, it’s not cracked lol - but it could be why it’s having issues with plugins. here’s what shows when I open the extension manager.
You should search for a path where your rbz file is. Probably in downloads folder.
Please update your porfile. Free trial is SketchUp Pro, not a free plan.
Thanks, I didn’t know what version I was actually using with the free trial as I just made my account. And there are no rbz files in my downloads folder unfortunately.
After installing Indigo Render you need to install Skindigo. Did you download it? The Indigo Render website has the instructions to guide you. Installation | Indigo Renderer
