That sounds familiar.
I also make catalogs for company’s on the 3D Warehouse.
I have often not received a response that the accounts have been verified.
But over time they are.
My biggest frustration is that you have no idea how long it takes for an account to be verified and you don’t receive a response when it is.
My experience is that one time it takes < 4 weeks and the other time > 4 weeks.
