Had a crash and found the file I hope I need in working, went through the forum and was able to change it to a layout file, and was able to open the sketchup file within but still won’t open any layout. Help please!

Anyone able to help? Not my proudest moment but happy to toss money at this one to save me a ton of time
I unzipped the file in the download, and found the file “1075104867_Robinson - 12.31.24_14790.skp” and was able to open it in SketchUp. I used send to Layout to open it. I was able to save the file and reopen it. The same for the “830065407_11-19-24 Bruce - Updated_14790.skp” file. I would provide the new file but my internet connection is poor.
Possibly @DaveR or another forum member would be able to assist. Your model is spread out over 1000 feet and could use some optimization to make it respond better. I purged the unused items in the file, the result:
