I am trying to model a crevice tool for my Rigid Vacuum. In the attached file is a picture from Home Depot’s website of what I am aiming for. Also in the file are the two objects I am trying to combine. I am totally clueless how to do this, I tried a bunch of different things, but none came close to what I wanted. As always, any help from the SU community will be greatly appreciated.
I would suggest that you:
1 - Reorient your model so gthat the blue axis points up instead of down.
2 - Use Perspective Camera instead of Parallel Projection.
3 - Realign the two parts with the axes. Actually they are all skewed about all the axis and are not aligned correctly together.

Even with these corrections, I am not convinced that you can get a precise model. I suggest that you start from scratch.
