Starting a SU web version(I’m new here) I only see a big wiggling blue icon in the center of the screen. It stays on the screenand nothing happens.
I’m using Firefox.

That icon appears while the web app is loading and initializing. Depending on your connection speed, that can take a while. How long did you wait? It could also be a browser issue. Try Chrome and see if that’s better. Finally, perhaps a firewall is blocking some part of the app from finishing loading.
