Forum Terms of Use has a bad “here’s a treat” link in

section 14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The “here’s a treat” link is 404 Not found.

also:

The word “access” is missing the “ac” in the sentence:

Neither SketchUp nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that cess thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

… and thinking a bit more,… it is a bit unprofessional to put a joke in the middle of a legal agreement.
