Is there a way of getting the floating toolbar back once you close it on a Mac? I am trying to use SubD extension but I accidentally closed the floating toolbar and can’t get it to display again?

Did you try going to View>Tool Palettes and selecting it from there?

I thought I checked your response as solution? BTW any idea why an extension dialogue box would show up with tiny images and text?
Commonly the problem is due to display scaling being set too high.
