Fastest way to visualize the inside of a building

Looking for some advice on the best way to quickly and easily generate a photo-realistic rendering of the interior of a warehouse that we are redoing. We want to be able to play with different materials and color combinations, and clearly see what the output would look like. Our model is currently in Sketchup with V-Ray and a Revit file for it, as well. We’re also open to other tools… just looking for the best way to do this quickly.

I’ve only used Kerkythea as a Renderer, and never managed to achieve photo-realism, but I know that once exported to Kerkythea from Sketchup, then individual colours and other material properties can be changed within Kerkythea and you can re-render without going back to Sketchup.
