@mmarcovitch this is odd behaviour, especially as I can’t see any changes that we made to the STL exporter for SU 2026 (or even for SU 2025) that should change behaviour. As @DaveR says please can you share the file for further investigation, thanks! Dan

Here’s the file. It’s part of a much larger drawing. I pulled this part out to isolate it. The problem was occuring on the rest of the drawing too, Frt Wall 4.skp (478.7 KB)

Are you exporting this in .stl to 3D print? It exported OK for me, too. This is what it looks like in the slicer. [Screenshot - 1_15_2026 , 10_46_33 AM] Most of the objects in it aren’t solids so it won’t print like one might want it. [Screenshot - 1_15_2026 , 10_47_23 AM]

It is unclear from your posts if you are using a native .stl exporter or an extension.
