Where is the option to save or to record a video in Sketchup free to… idk mp4? Avi?
I don’t believe that sort of export option has been implemented yet.
So should i show it on sketchup web right? maybe i can record the screen
What are you calling “SketchUp Web”? SketchUp Free is the web-based version of SketchUp.

The one that runs in your Internet browser? Animation exports have not be implemented in SketchUp Free.
You could use SketchUp Pro for animation exports.
Yea, ive been trying to download it but i keep failing, i ve been getting the same error over and over, 
This indicates that the error is in downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C 2015 Runtime library that SketchUp depends upon.
You can go directly to the Microsoft Download site, and manually download a standalone installer, and install yourself (by right-clicking the installer and choosing “Run As Administrator”.)
SketchUp Pro also requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.5.2.
Reboot the machine, and then re-run the SketchUp installer (by right-clicking the installer and choosing “Run As Administrator”.)
I have never had good luck with nested installations. I always pre-install OS support libraries, and the application installations go much soother.
