Errno 28 No space left on device when submitting new extension

Hi!
Yesterday my submitted extension was denied because of some problems. After fixing these when I tried to submit the new version of my extension, this error message pops up:

I thought about the filesize of my plugin, but it is way below the 500 MB upload maximum (ca 205 MB). The link to the Best Practices site did not help, the error is not mentioned there. Is this something I can fix on my site?

PS: there is a topic about too many files in the extension. But I when I first submitted my extension, there was no problem with that and I didn’t add new files to fix the problems that were found. And I didn’t change the structure/names etc of my extension.
