I am having trouble getting this to work. This is the first time I am trying to get two components to work on one click. I am learning and need help.

Love to help but what exactly is the component supposed to do? Can you upload a file with its fully open and closed positions?

I agree with Ryan, however this maybe your solution

With multiple rotations, I find the use of a independent attribute to plot the movements saves having to lock the sizes, and gives you more options
