Downloading sketchup 2019 Pro

hi all,
Ive recently had to reload windows on my PC and have lost most of my software, Ive managed to get most back excpet sketchup 2019 Pro.

I have sent a request to Sketchup for a link to download 2019 but they have advised that they no longer support 2019 and I would have to upgrade.

I dont use sketchup that much and I dont want to upgrade to 2022 and start paying more software subscriptions that I already do, and I already paid sketcup 2019 in pull when I purchased it.

so… does anyone have a link so that I can download 2019 pro ?

cheers

thank you so much.

Hi I am also trying to move 2019 to a new PC and the link you share does not exist any longer it seems… is there another way to get the installer that you know of? Many thanks for any leads.

You can try this link, what i deduced from other forum posts…
https://www.sketchup.com/sketchup/2019/SketchUpPro-en-exe

seems like it wants to download like a file… is that what its supposed to do?

It should download the installer exe, which you will then need to run.

I am getting an error report that states
Hardware acceleration is unsupported or has been disabled on your graphics card. Sketch up requires you to use a hardware accelerated graphics card, unfortunately these errors will prevent Sketch up from running.

If you have more than one graphics unit in your computer, make sure the system is set up to use the right one for SketchUp, e.g. a graphics card rather than integrated graphics. If SketchUp still won’t install, either your hardware is truly not adequate or Windows is returning wrong information about it. That was a problem some years ago, but I haven’t heard it reported for a few years.

Hi Thanks for getting back. I appreciate it.
I guess what its coming to, is that the Thinkpad with AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with integrated AMD Radeon graphics will not support 2019 SU… I called Lenovo, we tried updating drivers, called AMD who said by all means the Radeon should run it, but also said maybe it wouldn’t… there is no dedicated GPU on this laptop… I think I need to return it… Is there anything I can adjust? I was upgrading from an older Ideapad, which Lenovo pointed out had a Graphics card that was adequate to run the SU 2019.
