Looks beautiful. Sewing stage curtain is a tough job, your fullness came out very even, impressive. The gathering looks like an Austrian, is it rigged, does it play in the show?
I always like a good fauxscenium. 
Good enough for a two day job. It’s “gentleman’s guide to love and murder” so it’s a nice campy show and I plan to use it this season in both “clue” and “curtains” as well, so more than worth the time and effort considering what a nice Austrian would have actually cost me. This one was a little less than 500 dollars in time and materials.
as far as rigged, yes and no. It’s a static curtain on a three point hemp tie-off (which is normally on rail twenty feet in the air, but I brought it down to deck level.) This theater runs a vaudeville era fly loft complete with sandbags and cast iron clews. If I decide at the end of the season that I do not hate this particular curtain then it will go into a list of projects to be “enhanced when financially appropriate” and it will get its little rings and rigging that will lift it in the traditional way.
At that point I also think I will spend more than ten minutes straightening out all the gathers so they’re actually even.

On to the next one. You can see parts of clue in the next build. This is day zero of four. I say day zero because this is a day reserved for taking down the previous set and any build we get done on this day is just bonus. We got pretty far! There’s the basic walls (minus some of the custom stuff up top which has yet to be built) both doors the stairs and all the furniture.

Procreate is what I turned to to create a hatch for this thread. I’d have to spend more time tinkering with it though to get something worth keeping.
Very nice! I do most of my textures in procreate saved as jpegs. The cardboard in the box renders is a procreate texture.
