I am on Sketchup Pro Subscription and will be getting a laptop soon for the extra functionality they give on Sketchup. But before then, can I export a cut list from my ipad version of Sketch up?

There’s no native options With SketchUp on iPad to utilize extensions so no cutlist.

No. SketchUp on iPad can’t use extensions.
