Can you decide material ID colors in Vray for SU?

I would like to do a “lazy-man’s” vector-style rendering of sorts. I exported linework from SU as a DWG to illustrator but the geometry on some of my objects are too complex/open to use the live trace feature in illustrator to add color. While cleaning up the linework makes it fine for overlaying on the rendering, I was hoping to export material ID as the flat colors to use in my rendering and then place the linework of the model overtop. Can I manually set the material Ids to render specific colors out of SU? There are a lot of fine details so selecting the colors and altering them in photoshop would prove a challenge. Thanks!

“After you add a Material ID attribute to the material, an automatic Material ID Color is set, but you can change it from the Asset Editor and select the preferred ID Color.”
