Hello, can anyone tell me where I find Camera > Match New Photo . I am using the free version.

It’s not an option in the web version. You’ll need to use a desktop version.

SketchUp Shop is also a web version and so Match Photo is not available in that version. It is available in SketchUp Pro. Presumably since you are using SketchUp Free (web) you are a hobbyist. If that’s the case you could also use SketchUp 2017 Make.
Note that Match New Photo won’t be available in the desktop versions unless you’ve already inserted one image for Match Photo.
ok not sure what you mean. I have a photo of a house that I want to trace. So I import the photo and then match new photo?
I guess in the desktop pro version I can choose “Camera” which I dont have available on the web based version. Is this correct?
Sorry for the confusion. If you use File>Import and choose an image for Match Photo, you just select the image and choose to use it for Match Photo. Not a New Match Photo.

As I wrote, not in the web versions. Since you are a hobbyist you could use SketchUp 2017 Make. If you are using SketchUp for your work you shouldn’t be using the free web version anyway.

Then you should just get started with SketchUp Pro. You can’t use SketchUp Free in your work. Besides, the user interface and available features between the two are different enough that you might as well learn with the version you’ll be using.
