Beginner Question Upload

Hi all

Stupid question: How can I upload a model in my 3D Warhouse Collection? I made it to create a collection but the actual file I can’t upload… I have to use the URL from my file on my computer? It didn’t work on my Mac. It is not that easy to get the URL. But I think it should be somehow easier??
